Financial Transparency

The Association should be committed to transparency in the Association financial dealings. As a Landowner and a member of the Association, you should review the financial reports, budgets, and expenditures to see how association funds are being utilized to enhance our community. Knowing all the information ensures that we are all on the same page regarding the management of our resources.

The Association's Minutes of 01/08/2026 state that the Water Allotment for the Buck Well in Phase 4 is approximately 110K gallons per year.  67,570 gallons were reported as used mainly by the fire department from Jan 2025 to Jan 2026.  The allotment for the Round-up Well, located by the fire department is approximately 300K gallons per year, with 17,760 gallons being used for the time frame.

The Association's Net Income Statement from Jan. 2025 to Dec. 2025 reports Professional fees at $34,736.18 and the same time frame in 2024 to be $11,550.85.  Professional Fees for two years $46,287.03.  This report can be seen above under Financial Transparency.
